Lilie’s Pad Yoga for the Seasons

Each 6-week intensive is designed to align with the natural shifts of the seasons — supporting balance, strength, and renewal as your environment and energy change. Through a blend of movement, breath, reflection, and stillness, you’ll explore different aspects of yourself and your practice, building tools that carry into daily life.

This is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the cycles of nature.

Each course includes:

  • Wellness and Self-care Rituals

  • Traditional Yogic Teachings on living in peace and harmony

You can take these courses together or on their own—they're great as a part of a one-year wellness plan and can be repeated year after year for deeper connection and enrichment.

Spring Session

A six-week course designed to focus on the “Kapha Season,” teaching us how to balance the sluggish energies of the late winter-early spring.

Summer Session

A six-week course designed to focus on the “Pitta Season,” teaching us how to balance the excessive energies of peak summer.

Yoga for the Seasons

Build a steady practice that moves with nature. Each course meets once a week for 6 weeks and focuses on what your body needs most in Spring, Summer, and Autumn. Expect accessible postures, calming breathwork, and simple wellness practices you can use right away.
